Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Musyn ("the Service"), operated by Clandestino Ventures, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Beta Program

Musyn is currently in beta. During the beta period:

• Access is granted by invitation only via beta access codes
• The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
• Features may change, be added, or removed without prior notice
• We may limit or revoke beta access at our discretion
• We appreciate your feedback to help us improve the platform

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your beta access code with unauthorized parties
• Not create multiple accounts without authorization

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data beyond the intended use of the platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Share confidential artist data or analytics outside your organization
• Use AI-generated insights (Copilot, narratives) as sole basis for contractual decisions without independent verification

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, AI models, and branding, is the property of Clandestino Ventures, LLC. Music data displayed on the platform is sourced from public APIs (Spotify, YouTube) and remains subject to those platforms' respective terms.

Content you create within the Service (roster notes, custom tags, copilot conversations) remains your intellectual property. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content to provide the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Musyn uses AI-powered language models to generate insights, narratives, and recommendations. AI-generated content:

• May not always be accurate or up-to-date
• Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions
• Is provided for informational purposes only
• May be processed by third-party AI providers subject to their terms

7. Organization Workspaces

Data within your organization's workspace is shared among members based on their assigned roles (owner, admin, A&R, manager, viewer). Organization owners and admins can invite, remove, and manage member access.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clandestino Ventures, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. You may request export of your data before account deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where Clandestino Ventures, LLC is incorporated.
